AI answer is a block that uses a neural network to generate responses in a dialogue with the user. Responses are formed based on a given narrative, instructions, and conditions, creating the impression of a lively and meaningful conversation.

General Settings tab, field descriptions:
1) Name - Enter the internal name for the "Ai answer" block. This will be displayed only to you in the block diagram within the MVP system when setting up the business process. By default, the block will be named " Ai answer."
2) Delay - Set a delay between the next message. During the delay, all messages from the user will be ignored.
3) State - select one of the states that will be applied to the block:
- Wait - the system pauses the script and waits for the lead's response before proceeding to the next step. Use this mode if you need to get a response from the user before continuing.
- Skip - the script will automatically move to the next block without waiting for a response from the lead.
- Block - stops further interaction with the lead. Use this to block access to a script or end the conversation.
- Manual - the system executes the block action and switches the transaction to manual mode.
4) Text typing simulation - select this option if you want to create the impression that a live person is communicating with the lead and is currently typing a message.

“AI answer” tab, field descriptions:
1) Goal of the Answer ? - This is the task formulation for the AI at this stage of the conversation. Here, you set the main goal and provide instructions that will help the neural network conduct the dialogue in a way that achieves the desired result within the current step.
Formulate instructions for the AI as clearly, thoroughly, and simply as possible—this will improve the accuracy and quality of responses.
2) Key Points to Consider ? - These are additional instructions for the AI that will help shape the final message. Keep them brief, clear, and informal, for example: "Don't use emojis in the message" or "Don't mention the price until the end of the conversation." It's important to set specific conditions or restrictions that the AI should consider at this stage of the conversation.
3) Points to Avoid ? - This section specifies undesirable elements that the AI should avoid when generating a response. These could include words, topics, communication style, or behavior that doesn't fit the script. State these restrictions clearly and informally, for example: "Don't make jokes," "Don't speak in the first person," "Don't use words like 'buddy' or 'bro,'" "Avoid repetition," "Don't mention competitors." These restrictions will help maintain the desired tone and focus of the dialogue.

“Ai Condition” tab, description of fields:
1) Name - Add a name for the AI Condition, such as: “Video about yourself”, “Evidence and reviews”, “Trading demo”, etc.
2) Condition - specify text triggers for which the condition should be triggered.
Example 1
If a user doubts your authenticity, believes you're not a real person, asks for proof that you're real, requires visual confirmation (for example, showing yourself), or directly asks if you're a bot or artificial intelligence, then when a lead receives such a request, they'll be taken to the next block, where they'll send a video message introducing themselves.Example 2
If a user expresses distrust, suspects fraud (for example, says it's a scam), or cites financial difficulties—reports a lack of money, insufficient funds, no balance, or says phrases like:
“I don’t have any money”, “I’m broke”, “I don’t have enough balance”, “I can’t afford it” —
In response, he will receive a message with screenshots of other users' earnings and an invitation to register and start earning.Example 3
If a user expresses doubt about the reliability of trading signals, suspects possible fraud, or mentions a negative experience (for example, says that they previously lost money, does not believe in the effectiveness of signals, asks questions like: “Is it safe?”, “Does it really work?” or demonstrates general skepticism), then the next block will automatically send them a message with a video demonstrating earnings in real time.
3) Will trigger only once and will not be considered again – when checked, the block is executed only once per process for a specific user/dialogue. After the first trigger, the condition is no longer checked, the response is not resent, and the process moves on to the next branch.
📌Please note: you cannot add an Ai Condition without specifying text in the " Ai answer" tab.

Push Notifications tab, field descriptions:
1) Name - Enter the internal name of the prepared push notification. For example: Push1 . This name will be used for ease of navigation and configuration.
2) Push Delay - Set the delay between sending the next push notification. Each subsequent push notification will be sent after the last message in the conversation, with the delay specified.
3) AI Push - toggle this switch if you want the push text to be automatically generated using artificial intelligence. The system will automatically prepare the message based on the context of the conversation, taking into account the specified legend, instructions, and conditions, creating the impression of a lively and meaningful conversation.
4) Text - add the prepared message text.
5) Attachments - add media files (photos, videos, mugs, voice messages, documents). You can upload multiple files at once.
📌Please note: you cannot add a push notification without specifying the text in the " Ai answer " tab.
After checking the push, click the “ Save ” button.

AI Push – automatic generation of push message text using a neural network. Turn on the AI Push toggle switch if you want the system to automatically generate the push text. In this mode, the message will be generated by artificial intelligence based on the current context of the conversation with the user, as well as the specified legend, instructions, and conditions. This allows you to create personalized, meaningful, and "live" messages without the need for manual text preparation.
When activating Ai push, you must additionally specify:
1. Goal of the Answer ?
Define the main purpose of your push notification—what exactly you want to convey to the user. The more precise and clear the wording, the higher the chance of getting relevant text.
For example:
"Remind the user about incomplete registration"
"Bring the user back into the conversation after a long pause"
"Relieve anxiety and reassure people of the platform's safety"
"Motivate the user to take a short survey"
"Get interested and motivated to click on the link"
"Thank them for their interest and encourage them to take the next step."
"Explain that the next step is very simple and will take 2 minutes."
"Emphasize the exclusivity of the offer and its time limit."
Encourage the user to open the attached video
"Explain why it is important to respond now."
"Report that the user missed an important message"
"Offer help, but don't pressure"
"Explain that a bot is an assistant to a real person."
"To maintain interest after viewing the presentation"
"Answer the user's implicit doubt"
"To show that we understand his situation and are willing to adapt."
"Gently nudge them into paying"
"Create the feeling that the user is almost there"
2. Key Points to Consider ?
Specify additional conditions and recommendations that the AI should consider when generating a message. These may include style, tone, or technical limitations.
For example:
Write from a woman's perspective
"Address people formally, but in a friendly manner."
"The message must sound encouraging and positive."
"Use a neutral tone—no pressure."
"Formulate sentences briefly and clearly."
"Mention the username if known."
"Specify that this is a reminder."
"Write without emojis, strictly and formally."
"Avoid technical terms—the user may not understand complex words."
"The text should sound like it was written by a real person."
"Add a slight element of urgency, but no pressure."
"Use a communication style typical for instant messengers"
"The message should seem like a continuation of the previous dialogue."
3. Points to Avoid ?
Describe which words, topics, or behavior are unacceptable in a message. This helps prevent unwanted reactions or wording errors.
For example:
"Don't joke or use sarcasm"
"Don't use the words 'free,' 'guarantee,' 'benefit.'"
"Don't speak in the first person" (e.g., "I think," "I recommend")
"Don't mention the user's past experience."
"Don't write more than two sentences."
Don't use exclamation marks.
"Don't make direct promises (for example: "You will definitely earn money," "You will 100% get...")"
"Avoid overly formal language."
"Don't offer help - this message is just a reminder."
"Don't use the words: 'buddy,' 'bro,' 'honey,' 'darling.'"
Don't write too long a text.
"Don't use professional jargon."
"Don't write on behalf of the company"
"Don't start a message with a greeting."
"Avoid repeating information from previous messages."
"Don't focus on the sale—the goal of the message is to generate interest."
These fields help the AI follow the script more accurately, adhering to the desired style, tone, and communication rules defined in your business process. Formulate the task for the AI as clearly and simply as possible.
📌 Important: You cannot create a push notification without specifying text in the "AI answer" tab, even if you are using AI push generation. Make sure all required fields are filled in before saving.
After completing the settings, click the “ Save ” button.
