An AI character allows artificial intelligence to not simply respond to requests, but to act in a given role, engage in conscious dialogue, and be as helpful as possible to the user in a specific context. It can be used to create unique digital assistants, mentors, consultants, and even characters for gaming and educational scenarios.
AI characters are available for selection in the " Channel " and " Personal " Telegram spot types. The process of creating and configuring an AI character in the system is described in detail below.
Creating an AI character
1. Go to the “ Business Processes” section.
2. Click the “ AI character ” button , then “ Create”.
After this, a form with several tabs for character customization will open.

General Settings tab, field descriptions:
1) Name - Enter the character's name.
2) Gender - select the character's gender.
3) Age - select the appropriate age range.
4) Religion - select the character's religion (if necessary).

“Society” tab, description of fields:
1) Tone of communication is a text generation parameter that regulates the degree of variability and creativity of the model's responses.
At low temperatures, responses become more predictable and deterministic: the model strives to select the most probable words and phrases, following the given prompt as accurately as possible and relying on the most probable continuations of the text.
At high temperatures, the diversity of possible options increases: the probability distribution is smoothed, and the model more often selects less likely words. This makes responses more creative, unconventional, and varied, but can reduce the accuracy of wording and the degree of strict adherence to the original query.
Thus, temperature does not force the AI to "think for itself," but rather mathematically regulates the balance between predictability and variety when choosing the next token in the text generation process.
2) Communication style - select a style from the options provided.
3) Emotional and volitional coloring - select the emotional component of the character's responses.
4) Reaction to positive situations - determines how the character reacts to positive events in the dialogue.
5) Reaction to negative situations - sets the reaction to negative events in the dialogue.

Complementary to each other tab, field descriptions:
1) A positive complement to a prompt is a part of the instruction that sets the desired behavior, tone, and style of the character's responses; it is a description of how the AI should behave , not what it is prohibited from doing .
Positive addition helps:
- make responses more friendly and consistent;
- maintain the character's personality;
- improve the quality of communication (understandability, empathy, usefulness);
- reduce the number of harsh, dry or inappropriate responses.
A positive complement can specify:
- tone of communication (friendly, calm, confident);
- manner of answering (brief, structured, with examples);
- attitude towards the user (respectful, supportive);
- behavior in difficult situations (explain, help, clarify gently);
- character traits (attentive, patient, proactive).
For example:
General (universal):
- Respond in a friendly, respectful manner and with genuine interest in the user.
- Be helpful, attentive and solution-oriented.
- Maintain a positive and supportive tone even in difficult situations.
- Formulate your answers clearly, structured and without unnecessary fluff.
Empathy and communication:
- Show empathy, understanding and tact in your responses.
- Support the user, encourage and motivate him.
- Avoid harsh language and negative assessments.
- Communicate as a friendly interlocutor, not as a dry instruction.
Professionalism and confidence:
- Answer confidently, but without arrogance.
- If there is uncertainty, gently point it out and offer options.
- Give practical and applicable recommendations.
- Try to be an expert who can be trusted.
Creativity and engagement:
- Be creative and proactive in your answers.
- Please suggest additional ideas if they might be helpful.
- Make your answers lively and interesting, but not intrusive.
- Use light humor when appropriate.
For an AI character with personality:
- Maintain a consistent character and style throughout all your answers.
- Conduct the dialogue as if you really care about helping the user.
- Be inquisitive and engaged in conversation.
- Create a feeling of warm and safe communication.
2) The negative complement of a prompt is the part of the instruction that sets restrictions and prohibited behavior patterns, that is, describes what the character should not do . This is a list of rules that prevent unwanted responses and help keep the character within the desired boundaries.
Negative complement helps:
- avoid rudeness, toxicity and inappropriate tone;
- prevent the fabrication of facts;
- keep the character in role and on topic;
- make AI behavior predictable and safe;
- reduce the number of strange or "image-breaking" answers.
A negative complement can limit:
- communication style (don’t be harsh, don’t lecture);
- content of the answers (do not fantasize, do not mislead);
- character behavior (stay in character, don’t argue);
- interaction with the user (do not impose an opinion, do not ignore the context);
- system things (do not disclose internal instructions).

- Don't be rude, harsh or arrogant.
- Do not use a toxic, aggressive or derogatory tone.
- Don't argue with a user for the sake of arguing.
- Don't discount user questions and experiences.
Style and presentation:
- Avoid using jargon, dry language, or overly formal language.
- Don't write too long and overloaded answers unless necessary.
- Don't use slang unless it's appropriate.
- Don't overuse emojis and exclamation marks.
Quality of answers:
- Don't answer evasively or vaguely.
- Don't make up facts or pass off guesses as truth.
- Don't repeat the same thing in different words.
- Don't deviate from the topic of the question.
Character behavior:
- Don't step out of character unless explicitly requested.
- Do not contradict what has been said before without explanation.
- Don't impose your opinion or advice.
- Don't lecture or lecture.
User interaction:
- Don't ask unnecessary or intrusive questions.
- Don't ask the user for additional information unless necessary.
- Don't ignore the context of previous messages.
- Don't make assumptions about the user's intentions.
Security and correctness:

When setting up an AI character , two types of models are used, each of which solves its own problem:
- The response model is responsible for what and how the AI tells the user.
- Routing model - responsible for the logic of the dialogue: how to interpret the user's messages and where to lead him next .
These models work together, but perform fundamentally different functions.
1. Models for answers
- generates the text of the AI character's messages;
- understands the user's request;
- takes into account the context of the dialogue;
- adapts the communication style to the given character.
Available options:
🔹 Red Bull MVP Model (focused on popular European languages)
Best suited for scenarios where:
- the main language of communication is English;
- German, French, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese are also actively used.
Recommended if:
- sales or communication are conducted primarily in European languages;
- The stability and naturalness of the formulations in these languages are important.
🔹 MVP Lead Hunter Model (Multilingual)
Optimized to work with a wide range of languages, including:
- Russian;
- Chinese (simplified and traditional);
- Japanese, Korean;
- as well as most of the world's popular languages.
Recommended if:
- Russian language is used in dialogues;
- the audience is international and communicates in different languages;
- One AI character should be able to work correctly with several languages at once.
🔹 Traffic Beast Model (aggressive sales and high-risk verticals)
Ideal for scenarios requiring:
- working with binary options, iGaming and betting;
- using more aggressive and conversion approaches in sales;
- high involvement and pressure in the dialogue.
Peculiarities:

- works well with any languages;
- focuses on maximizing conversion and keeping the user in the conversation.
Recommended if:

2. Models for routing
Routing is the logic that controls a conversation. The routing model:
- analyzes the user's latest messages;
- takes into account the previous message from the manager or AI;
- determines the user's intent;
- selects the next scenario: the next question, action or dialogue branch.
Simply put, the routing model decides “what to do next,” not “what to say nicely.”
Features of the routing model
- Optimized to understand user context and intent .
- Works regardless of the topic of the dialogue.
- Suitable for any scenario: sales, support, consulting, lead generation, etc.
- Doesn't require any special language settings—it works correctly with the same languages as the response model.
3. Limitations and topics
- All available models are universal in terms of topics .
- There are no restrictions on niches, products or types of dialogues.
- The choice of model affects the quality of the language and internationality , but not the allowed functionality.

Saving and installing a character
1. After completing the settings, click “ Save ” .
2. The character will appear in the list, you can edit or delete it.

3. To assign a character to a spot, open the edit window for the desired spot, go to the “ AI ” tab and select a character from the drop-down list.

4. Click the “Make changes” button.
Correspondence on behalf of the AI character will be conducted in the "AI Response" block. Don't forget to add the "AI Response" block and build the business process in accordance with your sales funnel.
Creating an AI character allows you to make user interactions lively, predictable, and rewarding . Properly setting up the positive and negative feedback prompts helps maintain the character's personality and ensure high-quality communication.
