The "Clients" section is designed for managing leads and deals, as well as visually tracking the status of each client within the sales funnel. The interface is designed as a Kanban board , where each column represents a stage in the client's lifecycle.

  • Filters - allows you to filter clients by a variety of parameters (see below).
  • Line selection – switches between the 1st and 2nd lines (lines can be configured in Funnel Settings ).
  • Clients / Robots - toggle to configure Robots for automated processing.
  • Table / Kanban - switch between table and visual display modes.
  • Funnel settings - a button for configuring funnel stages.

  • Transaction registration 1
  • Ignore
  • Back from being ignored
  • Deal 1st sale
  • Transfer to the 2nd line
  • etc. (stages are configurable)

🧾 Client card

Within each column, cards display basic information about the transaction:

  • Transaction ID
  • Client name
  • Channel
  • Country
  • Responsible manager
  • Date of creation
  • Number of sales
  • Sales amount
  • Tags

Cards can be dragged and dropped between stages manually to update the client's status.

⚙️ Additional features

  • Switching between lines is convenient for teams with divisions based on support or management levels.
  • Bulk delete/move to another deal stage/change responsible person/change spot - allows you to manage multiple deals at once: quickly clear the list, move deals between stages, assign responsible employees, and change spots without having to process each deal manually.
  • The "Robots" function allows you to enable automatic actions for stages (for example, automatic transition to the next status, automatic messages, etc.).
  • The "Assign Responsibility" function allows you to set up rules by which the CRM will automatically assign responsibility for transactions.
