How do mailings work and what does the table show?
Table of Contents
The “ Newsletters ” section allows you to manage automatic notifications for subscribers via a bot that accepts subscriptions. This is a tool for targeted interaction with customers, which helps improve conversions and retention. Newsletters can be duplicated, edited and deleted.

Types of mailings:
1️⃣ Disposable
One-time mailing to the entire user base at a specified time.
2️⃣ Systemic disposable

It is carried out at the appointed time.
3️⃣ Systemic

Registration
Sale

Subscription
The time since the event occurred is indicated.
4️⃣ Schedule
Regular mailing to the entire database on certain days and times.
What do the numbers in the “Number of messages” column mean?
The first 0 is the total subscriber base at the time the newsletter was added.
The second 0 is the messages sent for this mailing list.
Third 0 - users who blocked the bot after the mailing. Shown after adding a new mailing of the same type.
Sending to active leads
The mailing is sent only to leads who have interacted with the bot. This eliminates mailing to inactive or unconfirmed contacts, increasing the accuracy and effectiveness of the campaign.
Delay in sending system mailings
System subscription: messages are sent with a delay of 15 minutes to 3 hours . This is necessary to evenly distribute the load on the system and ensure stable operation of the service.
Setting the time zone
To send the mailing at the right time, it is recommended to set the correct time zone in the user's personal account. This will ensure accurate planning of the time of sending messages regardless of the geographic location.
