🔁 Operation logic 📌 Available conditions (IF) ⚙️ Available Actions (TO) 🛠️ Robot control 💡 Examples of useful automations ✅ Recommendations

The "Robots" feature allows you to set automatic actions (To) when certain conditions (If) are met in a deal. This is especially useful for guiding clients through various stages without the need for a manager.

🔁 Operation logic

Each status (funnel stage) can be assigned one or more robots:

  • IF (trigger) is the condition under which the robot is triggered.
  • TO (action) - what the system should do when the condition is met.

📌 Available conditions (IF)

  1. Registration – the client has registered.
  2. Sale – the first sale was made.
  3. Repeat sales are subsequent purchases by a customer.
  4. Message from a client – any incoming message.
  5. Message from the manager – any outgoing message.
  6. No message from client/manager – if there were no messages within the specified time.
  7. A phrase in a message from a client /manager is a trigger for keywords or phrases.
  8. Current time - the condition is triggered if the current time falls within the specified time range. You can specify a specific time or range so that the next block will only run during that time.

🧠 Using "Phrase" is convenient for auto-responses or triggers for specific queries.

⚙️ Available Actions (TO)

📌 An example of the actions is available in Screenshot.

  1. Send a message – an automatic response from a manager or bot.
  2. Transfer to stage – automatically transfers the client to another stage of the funnel.
  3. Add tag – automatic tagging of clients.
  4. Delete tag – delete unnecessary tags.
  5. Add a comment – an internal note for the team.
  6. Add task – automatic task creation.

🛠️ Robot control

The following actions are available on each robot's card:

  • ⚙️ Edit – change the condition/action.
  • 📄 Copy – quickly copy its logic.
  • 🗑️ Delete – delete the robot.

💡 Examples of useful automations

  • If there is no response from the client within 10 minutes → move to the "Ignore" stage.
  • If the client wrote “price” → send a message with the price list.
  • If a sale has occurred → move the client to the “Made 1st sale” stage.
  • If the manager sent a message → remove the “no response” tag.

✅ Recommendations

  • Don't overload stages with too many robots - a few targeted ones are better than dozens of non-obvious ones.
  • Make sure that the conditions do not conflict with each other.
  • Test the robots' performance on test trades before using them in a real funnel.
