Table of Contents
The task system supports individual statuses that help track progress and prioritize task completion. You can flexibly adapt statuses to your team's business processes.
🔽 How to get to the settings
To change or add statuses:
🔹 Step 1: Go to the Tasks section
Menu → Tasks
📍 All tasks by clients are displayed here.
🔹 Step 2: Enable Kanban display
Click the Kanban button in the upper right corner.

This will allow you to view tasks by status in columns.
🔹 Step 3: Click the "Settings" button
Located next to the “Add Task” and “Table” buttons

🧱 What can be customized
The editing panel will open:
➕ Add status
- Enter a name for the new status (e.g. "In progress", "Waiting for response")
- Select a color to visually distinguish statuses
- Click "Add"
- Once completed, click “Save”
✏️ Edit existing
- Click the three dots next to the status, select Status Settings, then change the status color and category.
- Rewrite the status title
🗑️ Delete status
- Click on the three dots next to the status - click Delete
📋 Selecting Current Tasks
Click the three dots next to the status, then click Select. Choose the tasks you want to perform bulk actions on, such as:
- changing the assignee;
- changing the status category;
- deleting multiple tasks at once.
📌 Additional features
- Statuses can be used as a filter in the task table
- They are easy to drag and drop in Kanban
- Color helps you navigate quickly, especially when you have a large volume of tasks.
💡 Status Recommendations

| New | Just added |
| In progress | The manager started to execute |
| Awaiting response | We are waiting for a response from the client |
| Ready | Done |
| Postponed | Postponed or scheduled for later |
