Tasks are a built-in tool for planning actions for a client.

Where are they located:

In the "TASKS" block of the client card

On the "TASKS" page

How to add a task:

  1. Click "Add task" .
  2. In the window that opens, fill in:
    • Task title (e.g. "Send instructions")
    • Responsible - select the person responsible for the task
    • Players - if you want to add a task for a specific Player
    • Task status (for example: "New") - you can configure task statuses in the Tasks section
    • Deadline - Specify date and time
  3. Click "Add Task"

What is it useful for:

  • Don't forget an important action regarding the client
  • Assign tasks to colleagues
  • Control deadlines
  • Work in a team asynchronously

Managers see the task list and can respond in a timely manner.
