An A/B router is an A/B testing mechanism that allows users to be automatically distributed across different branches in specified percentages within a single bot and scenario.

This feature is ideal for comparing different communication options with users or testing multiple offers. This helps determine which approach produces the best results. After completing the test, you can disable ineffective routes and direct all traffic to the most successful funnel.

General Settings tab, field descriptions:
1) Name - Enter an internal name for the "A/B Router" block. This will be displayed only to you in the block diagram within the MVP system when setting up the business process. By default, the block will be named " A/B Router ."

2) Delay - Specify a time delay before distribution occurs. During the delay, all messages from the user will be ignored.

3) Probability - the percentage of users who will be directed along this route. The value is set by clicking the connecting line between blocks. The Probability button will appear after adding a block and connecting it to other blocks.

After completing the settings, click the “ Save ” button.
