The system now supports MCP integration, allowing you to connect third-party AI models and your own AI agents to work within business processes, chats, and auto-reception scenarios.
This allows you to expand the platform's capabilities, automate request processing, and leverage external AI solutions within a unified workspace.
Step 1: Create an MCP key
Go to your MVP personal profile and open the MCP Integration section.
Click the "Create Key" button and follow the system prompts to create it.
⚠️ Important: Once generated, the key is displayed only once. If you refresh the page or leave it, you will not be able to retrieve the key data again.
It is recommended in advance:
- specify a clear name for the key so that it can be easily distinguished from others in the future;
- Immediately copy and save the key data in a safe place.
Once successfully created, the key will appear in the general list.
Next, click the "Download Installer" button to download the extension for Claude Desktop.

Step 2: Install the extension in Claude Desktop
Open the Claude Desktop app, go to Settings → Extensions and click the "Install Extension" button.
Select the previously downloaded MVP extension file and wait for the installation to complete.

Once installed, open the extension and toggle the "Enabled" switch to the active position to enable the integration.

Step 3: Getting Started
Once you've completed the setup, exit the settings section and open a new chat in Claude Desktop.
The MCP integration will be active, and you will be able to use connected AI models and agents in chats, business processes, and automation scenarios.

Conclusion
Integration via MCP allows you to flexibly expand the platform's capabilities by connecting external AI solutions to meet your team's needs.
Use your own AI agents to automate communications, process requests, and improve the efficiency of workflows within the system.
