The messenger supports a wide range of actions with messages of any type: text, images (image albums), voice messages, video circles, files.
๐งฉ Message context menu
Right-clicking on a message displays a menu with available actions:
๐ General steps:
- Copy - copy text or image to the clipboard.
- Forward - forward a message to another chat.
- Delete - delete the message for everyone.
- React to a message - Select and add an emoji reaction to a message to express an emotion or sentiment without replying with text.
- Open original - for images.
- Copy image - for images.
- Transcription - for voice messages (translation into text).
๐ Submitting a bug report
A unique feature is the ability to add a report to a specific manager message if an error was made in it.
๐ How to add a report:
- Open the context menu of the manager message.
- Select "Add report" .
- A window will open with the following fields:
- Error name (e.g. "not according to script")
- Error category โ select from the drop-down list. To add a new category, enter the name in the Search field and click "Add."
- Shift โ select the shift the message belongs to. If the message is sent from a messenger, the shift will be selected automatically.
- Click โAddโ and the report will be saved.

๐ Viewing and recording errors
Errors are recorded during the manager's change and are placed in the section:

The table displays:
- Error ID
- Name and category
- The ID of the message it is linked to
- Ability to edit or delete a report
This allows:
- Analyze the team's work
- Feedback on the quality of communication
- Generate statistics on errors
๐ง Tips for working with reports
- Use reports only from manager messages.
- Specify error categories in advance (e.g., โOff script,โ โToo general,โ โSarcasm,โ etc.).
- Check your reports before your shift endsโthey're saved and included in analytics.
