Creating a spot Telegram channel
The process of creating a spot Telegram channel - a step-by-step guide.

To create a Telegram channel, go to the "Spots" section

Click “Add spot” and select “Telegram channel”
📢Adding a channel steps:
🔷1. Tab "Through the light form"

- Channel ID — a unique channel identifier (for example, -1001509131086). You can get it by forwarding a message from the channel to the bot.
- Bot Token - Add the bot token received from @BotFather. The bot must be added to the channel by an administrator with the "Add members" permission and not used in any services before.
Next, click "Check". If all the conditions described in the form are met and have been highlighted in green, we can proceed to the next step by clicking "Next" .
🔷2. “Auto-reception” function

- Auto-acceptance — activate if the bot should accept subscribers, send a welcome message or make mailings. If another bot is responsible for this functionality, then the function should be disabled.
🔷3. "Welcome Message" function

If you want the bot to send a Welcome message to a subscriber after accepting them into the channel, then activate this function and fill in the following fields:
- Welcome message - add text that will be sent after accepting the subscriber. You can also add any media, including mugs, voice messages, files.
- Buttons - Customize the buttons associated with the welcome message.
To proceed to the next step, click “Next” .
🔷4. Event Sending Function

- Select the Facebook API Conversion postback type — set up integration with the FB API. Add the pixel ID , API token (Access token).

📢 Instructions for editing a spot Telegram channel
The Telegram channel can be used as a landing point (spot) for the funnel: connect the bot, set a welcome message, manage links and assign those responsible.
🔷 Step 1: General settings ( General tab )
- Go to the "Spots" section and open the desired channel.
- On the General tab, specify:
- 📛 Title (for example, "How to optimize FB")
- 🗂 Channel type — “Closed channel” or “Open channel”
- 🆔 Channel ID (starts with
-100
) - 🔗 Channel link (format
https://t.me/...
) - used when sending to the receiving bot with the macro {link} - 👥 Assign users who can edit or delete a spot

🔷 Step 2: Connecting and configuring the bot ( Bot tab )
- Specify the connected bot and its token
- Turn on auto-reply if you want to send an automatic greeting
- Enter your welcome message text - it will be sent with the first touch
- Attach media files (photos, videos, mugs, documents)
- Add buttons under the message (for example: "Write to me", "Go to channel")

It is important to add a command for the welcome message, for example /start and motivate users to run it, so that later you can push users through this telegram bot using Mailings
🔹 Adding commands (Bot tab, below the greeting)
You can create additional commands to interact with the bot:
- Enter a command (e.g.
/start
,/faq
,/material
) - Add text or media that should be sent when this command is called.
- Add buttons if necessary
- Click "Save"
Commands help automate work and direct users to the desired scenario. They also allow sending messages to those users who have launched one of the commands.

🔷 Step 3: The "Deals" tab
- Please indicate whether CRM is connected to this channel ( Yes/No )
- Select the communication channel (bot) through which tracking will take place
- Add a postback link with parameters (for example:
https://google.com?clickid={clickid}
) - Set the link anchor and the link sent by the manager to the client will be wrapped in this Anchor. For example, the manager sends the link to the client https://thedinator.com/lr/5QM4?otv=1, and the client will receive it as Platform .

🔷 Step 4: Assigning Responsible Persons
- Go to the “Responsible” tab (if CRM for the channel is enabled on the “Deals” tab)
- Assign employees to lines (e.g. 1st line manager and 2nd line manager)
- This will allow the incoming flow to be distributed across shifts and funnels.
