Template functionality allows you to save and quickly send ready-made messages to clients. This simplifies managers' work, saves time, and helps maintain a consistent communication style.
🔹 What can be saved in a template?
The great convenience of templates is that they support any type of content :
- 🖼 Photos and albums (up to 10 images at a time)
- 🗣 Voice messages
- 🎥 Videos and video clubs
- 📎 Documents, text, audio
- 📝 Messages with attachments
- 📤 Bulk mailings
🔹 Step 1: Create a template
- Go to the Messenger section
- Click the "Add a command" button

- Enter the command (for example:
/english) - Click ✏️ to open the template editor
- Please specify:
- Template command
- Name of the template and messages inside
- Attach files if necessary (photos, videos, documents, etc.)

Click SAVE
🔹 Step 2: Using the template
Once saved, the template command will appear in the list on the left. It can be accessed by clicking the button
or by the slash / sign in the message input field.
You can:
- Click on it to view the contents
- Send individual messages or all at once by clicking the "SEND ALL" button

🔹 Step 3: Translate Messages
If a template contains text in a foreign language and you need to understand what it is about, the system allows you to translate the entire template .
To do this, click the 🌐 "Translate messages" button

This is especially convenient when working with clients in other languages.
