One-time mailing allows you to send a mailing to a bot that accepts a subscriber to a channel across the entire base at a time you specify.


Let's take a closer look at the form for adding a one-time mailing

Name

The name of the newsletter is for your convenience.

Mailing type

Mailing type - One-time.

Date and time

Select the date and time when the person will receive this message in the bot.

Binding type

Select Spot

Spot

Specify the spot(s) to which the mailing should be sent.

Editing rights

Select employees who can edit this newsletter

Rights of deletion

Select employees who can delete this mailing

Text

Enter the text of the message to be sent. Available macros:

{name} - user name

{link} - link to the offer specified in the Spot , in the Deals tab. The macro is needed in case you want to insert a link to the offer, but at the same time you have several spots participating in the mailing and all have different links.

{manager} - link to the manager. The macro is needed in case you want to insert a link to the manager, but at the same time you have several spots participating in the mailing and all have different links. The link will be taken from the Communication channel field in the Spot settings.

{channel_link} - channel link specified in Spot. The macro is needed in case you want to insert a channel link, but at the same time you have several spots participating in the mailing and all have different links.

Click the “Add” button and you’re done! Users will receive the newsletter at the specified time.
