Guide to creating and connecting Telegram Ads Pixel

Properly setting up events in your dashboard is the key to accurate analytics and effective advertising. If events are set incorrectly, you won't be able to track user behavior, measure conversions, or evaluate the effectiveness of your advertising campaigns.
In this guide, we'll walk you through step-by-step how to add the necessary events, obtain their codes, set up the Telegram ADS pixel, and ensure everything is working correctly.
1. Enter the event settings
- Log in to your agent account .
- Find the "Events" or "Event Settings" section (the name may differ depending on the interface).
- Make sure you are in the correct office you will be working with.
2. Adding events
You need to add 4 events with the specified types and purposes:
1. chat — Contact
2. registration - Complete registration
3. Deposit — Purchase
4. subscribe — Subscribe
Please note: Selecting the correct event type is important for proper analytics and data transfer.
3. Checking the final table
After adding events, the list (table) should contain 4 rows with names and types, as in the example:

- Find the required event in the table.
- In the event row, click the eye icon 👁️ (it opens the event details).
- In the window that appears, find the “Event Code” field.

- Copy the entire contents of the line

5. Creating a Telegram ADS pixel
- Go to your Spot.
- Create a new pixel by selecting the Telegram postback type.
- Give the pixel a clear name to avoid confusion if there are several of them.
6. Adding events to a pixel
- In the pixel settings, add all the events you created in step 2.
- For each event, please provide its code (from step 4).

7. Completing the setup
- Please check that all events have been added and their codes have been entered correctly.
- Save the settings.
