System notifications are automatic messages that record important events and actions within a client's profile. They appear in the central section of the messenger (in conversations), under the timestamps, and are always accompanied by the exact date and time.
📌 Which events are displayed?
The system automatically records and displays:
1. Client's financial actions
💰 The client made a deposit
Example: The customer made a second deposit of 100.0
2. Automatic stage change
🔄 The stage changes automatically when certain conditions are met (for example, after a sale or a trigger in a robot).
Example:The system has changed the status from ● Sold to ● Resold
3. Manager's actions
🔁 Manually transitioning a client between stages
Example:The manager ... changed the status from ● Ignored to ● Transferred for sale
📦 Transferring a transaction to the archiveThe manager ... moved the transaction to the archive
