Table of Contents
The Subscribers table allows you to see all the information about your channel subscribers, sort and filter it, and also download it to an Excel file for further work with your subscriber base. To view subscribers, click the button on the card of the desired spot.
🔍 Top filter panel
The filter form allows you to narrow the selection of subscribers by a variety of parameters:
- Advertising channel
- FB Campaign / Adset / Announcement
- Name of the company, source, adset, ad
- Landing, placement, spot
- Country

Date ranges:
- Subscriptions
- Unsubscribes
- Bot activations
- Registrations
- Contact
- First sale
- The “Do not show unsubscribed” checkbox hides users who have unsubscribed from the channel.
After selecting the required filters, you must click the "Search" button.
📄 Followers table
The table displays data for each subscriber. By default, the following columns are displayed:
- ID – unique identifier
- Title – the name of the subscriber or project
- Username
- Campaign ID
- Campaign name
- OS – the device the user came from (iOS, PC, etc.)
- Actions – buttons for going to Telegram or banning the user completely.
Note:
Columns can be customized in Column Edit
The bottom part shows the total number of subscribers included in the sample.
✏️ Editing columns
By clicking the "Edit" button, the table settings window opens (see screenshot redactor.png
), where you can:
- Customize the display/hide of the desired columns using the icon 👁
- Freeze columns at the beginning of the table – icon 📌
- Drag and drop rows to change display order
After making the necessary changes, you must click the "Make changes" button.
📤 Export
In the upper right corner of the page there is a button "Download to Excel" which allows you to export the current selection to an Excel file for further analysis or reporting.
